Founding Managing Director, CEO

Mr Tahir Aslam is the founding director of ProSol and the brain behind the concept. He is a veteran two star from Pak Army and has vast experience in strategic planning spanning over 20 years.

Alumni of National Defence University, Islamabad and Royal College of Defence Studies London, he holds three Masters degrees with a Business Strategy Certificate from Manchester Business School, UK.

His last assignment was Director Plans & Business Development at Pakistan’s largest conglomerate Fauji Foundation, where he served almost three years. He is a certified Corporate Director from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance. He has been teaching Strategic Planning & Management at NDU Islamabad for the past 9 years and recently at NUST Islamabad, Saudi NDU and Air War College Karachi.

Mr Tariq Javed is the founder partner and veteran one star from Pak Army with more than 30 years of experience in innovatively
managing the human resource, leading diverse teams, and heading higher education institute. Introduced and designed innovative HR trainings, prototyped at College of EME, PSO and Private sector HR.

Also, led the national effort for local manufacturing of innovative engineering / scientific products , solutions and
services during COVID -19 pandemic
Has Corporate and Industrial applications experience in Fauji Foundation Group i.e. thermal and renewable energy power
sector. An ardent sportsman with national colour in squash and various adventure courses in the Army.

Tamsila Tahir brings a unique blend of academic grounding in science and a naturally strategic mindset to her role as Director at ProSol Consulting International.

Having dedicated several years as a homemaker, she has transformed her wide-ranging life experience into a keen passion for business development, organizational growth, and people-centered leadership.

Her journey reflects adaptability, continuous learning and an entrepreneurial spirit. With a growing interest in shaping innovative business ideas and contributing to ProSol’s strategic initiatives, she provides thoughtful oversight and a balanced perspective within the leadership team.
